So I know this is the day you all have been waiting for.  It is your turn to come up with a catchy new tagline for my banner shown above.  I know you all have favorite (or second favorite?) memories of dorky things that I have done and now is your chance for fame.  I plan on switching up my banner every month or so and along with that the tagline and “theme”.    Let’s see what you can come up with!  Good Luck!

Ch-ch-ch changes

So I am going to be making a couple of changes to the privacy on the pictures on my blog.  I figure I should start now being safer than sorrier, right?  So I realize that the pictures below aren’t pulling through anymore.  I will fix that this afternoon, but for now, it was an easy fix to protect the pictures that I had posted to flickr.  If you want to become one of my friends on flickr, you can still have access to all the pictures I have posted, I just need to approve you.  Thanks!

Sunday Adventure

Today in between the sessions of General Conference, we went over to these vacant lots near our house that have been covered with wildflowers for the last couple of weeks. I had a lot of fun taking pictures of Sondra and the boys running around the fields.  There were caterpillars everywhere!  Rachel has informed me that these cute guys turn into moths, and that is no fun.  But it was cool to be there and do something different in between conference sessions.  Here are some more of my favorites:

By the way, there was no frolicking being done by the boys in the fields, only very manly running.  Sondra and I, on the other hand, were very proud to frolic!

Padre’s Win

Janelle and I went to the Padre Dodger Game yesterday and the Padres beat the Dodgers 4-1! It was great.

Because it is Friday

This is great.  Happy Friday everyone!

Don’t Mess with…

I headed out to Austin this weekend for some catching up with my old roommate Christine.  It was so fun!  Christine and I lived together in 2002 in La Costa, right before she headed out to her mission in England.  We have kept in touch over the years and I was lucky enough to go to her wedding last year in Salt Lake.  Needless to say, she is one of my favorite people and it was great to see her.  Plus I have never been to Texas before and we had a really great time.  I just wish it had been a longer visit (next time!!).  Texas
